Heard learned Advocates appearing for the parties. Petitioner being one of the members of the Cooperative Society being aggrieved by the action of the Co-operative Society in question changing the engineer for the construction and this grievance has nothing to do with any statutory body or the allegation of violation of any statutory provision of the Co-operative Societies Act and in view of this factual and legal position, I am not inclined to entertain this writ petition being WPA 18303 of 2022, and accordingly the same is dismissed.

However, dismissal of this writ petition will not be a bar on the part of the petitioner to pursue for remedy against his grievance before the authority and the forum, which is available under the law.
