1. With the consent finally heard.

2. It is agreed that this PIL may be disposed of by permitting the petitioner to file a fresh comprehensive representation before concerned Additional District Magistrate along with a copy of this order.

3. We order accordingly.

4. Thus, if the petitioner prefers such representation for the self-same grievance along with copy of this order before the said authority, the authority shall consider and decide it in accordance with law within 90 days.

5 It will be open for the said authority to take necessary steps to inquire into the matter and If necessary, hear the concerned parties before taking a

final decision. The decision be taken within the aforesaid time.

6. With the aforesaid, this PIL is disposed of without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case.
