Learned Advocate appearing for the State has submitted a report which reflects that on the basis of the complaint of the writ petitioner Baruipur PS Case No. 1212/24 dated 28.07.2024 has been registered for investigation under Section 329/223/324/351(3)/3(5) BNS. In view of the case being registered the jurisdictional Criminal Court is in seisin of the proceedings.

If there is a status quo existing till date in connection with T.S. No. 536 of 2022 the police authorities as a matter of public policy is directed to

respect such order until and unless the same is altered or modified by an appropriate Civil Court. Needless to state that the direction passed for adhering to the Civil Court order do not create any right, title or interest in respect of either of the parties to the writ petition.

Affidavit of service filed by the petitioner be kept with the record.

Report so submitted by the State be kept with the record.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 18795 of 2024 is disposed of. Pending applications if any are disposed of.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
