The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioners are innocent and have been falsely implicated.

The learned Counsel for the State in opposing the prayer for anticipatory bail has referred to the statement of the victim and the injury report. 3.

Considering the materials available in the case diary, the nature and extent of involvement of the petitioners in the commission of alleged offence, the nature of injury which appears to be grievous in nature and also having regard to the statement of the victim directly implicating the petitioners, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. 4.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is rejected. (Soumen Sen, J.)
