None appears on behalf of the appellant nor any accommodation is prayed for on behalf of the appellant. Even on the earlier occasion, the appellant was also not represented.

We have perused the interim order under challenge. The grounds for refusal of ex parte ad interim order, in our mind, does not suffer from any illegality and/or irregularity. However we request the learned trial Judge to dispose of the injunction application as expeditiously as possible without granting any adjournment to the parties in the suit without being influenced by its earlier order or by the observation made by us in this order. Let a copy of this order be communicated to the learned Civil Judge, Senior Division, 7th Court at Alipore for information through the Registrar (L & O. M.). The appeal and the application are disposed of. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Urgent Photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be furnished expeditiously.
