Ld. advocate for the State submits that a report has been prepared by the Inspector-in-charge of Nakashipara P.S.

Let the same be kept with the

record.

The report reflects that the police authorities after completion of investigation submitted charge-sheet in connection with the said case being Nakashipara Chargesheet No. 35 of 2022 under sections 447/325/326/307/34 of the IPC against the five FIR named accused persons.

As, after investigation, charge-sheet reflects that offences are triable by the Court of Sessions, prima facie, I am of the view that the police has taken steps on the basis of the information submitted by the petitioner.

However, if there is any grievance of the petitioner, the petitioner would be at liberty to approach the ld. jurisdictional court and the ld. jurisdictional court under the statutory provisions would deal with such grievance of the petitioner in

accordance with law.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 19003 of 2021 is disposed of.

Pending application, if any, is also disposed of.
