The present revisional application is also in respect of Criminal Appeal No. 76 of 2023 as the mother case being AC No. 842 of 2022. Records reflect that the date for Criminal Appeal No. 76 of 2023 has been fixed on 09.08.2023 before the learned Additional Sessions Judge, 6th Court, Alipore. I direct that the learned appellate court would, as directed in CRR 2772 of 2023, take efforts to pronounce the judgement on or before 31.08.2023, if it is not possible to dispose of the appeal on 09.08.2023.

The learned appellate court, on conclusion of appeal, would send back the lower court records so that further proceedings before the learned Magistrate may commence. With the aforesaid observations, the revisional application being CRR 2773 of 2023 is disposed of. Pending connected application, if any, is consequently disposed of.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
