The petitioner also claims to have title over the said property and, according to him, inspite of informing the police authorities, no steps are being taken.

Learned advocate for the private respondent no.5 submits that they are the owners of the property as such they are cultivating on the said land.

State has submitted a report

which reflects that there are two civil cases pending, being TS 168 of 2011 and TS 34 of 2024 regarding share and possession of the said land.

Having considered that the police authorities are well aware regarding the dispute existing between the petitioner and private respondents, I am of the opinion that the police authorities would only interfere in case there is violation of any law and order.

So far as the right, title, interest and usages of the property is concerned, the said civil court is in seisin of the issues. In case, there is breach of any order of the civil court, appropriate application be preferred by the petitioner before the concerned court which would take into account and address the grievance of the petitioner.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 18002 of 2025 is disposed of.

Pending application(s), if any, is also disposed of.

Report so submitted be kept with the record. A copy of the report be handed over to the petitioner.
