The report filed by the concerned Panchayat clearly indicates that there is a sanctioned plan in place.

In view of the above, there is no justification to entertain this writ petition. This shall not, however, prevent the petitioner from challenging the sanctioned plan, if so advised.

Accordingly, WPA 18901 of 2024 is dismissed.
