Mr. Sankar Nath Mukherjee Mr. Niraj Gupta Ms. Manisha Paswan ..for the Petitioners Mr. Sirsanya Bandopadhyay Ms. Tapati Samanta Mr. Arindam Ghosh ....for the State Reports submitted by the State are taken on record. The petitioners allege that complaint lodged by them before the police authority on June 01, 2025 has not been acted upon.

It appears from the reports submitted by the State that FIR has been registered pursuant to the complaint lodged by the petitioners and the investigation is in progress.

Learned counsel for the State submits that a notice under Section 94 of the Code of Criminal Procedure was issued upon the petitioners for production of relevant documents but the same has not been responded to. Since investigation has been initiated, the investigating authority is directed to conduct a fair, unbiased and impartial investigation and take the same to its logical conclusion, in accordance with law.

The petitioners shall cooperate in investigation in all ways.

The writ petition is disposed of.

There shall, however, be no order as to costs. Since no affidavit is invited, the allegations contained in the writ petition are deemed not to have been admitted.
