The writ application has been preferred challenging the vacancy notification being Memo No. 456/SCFS/Rampurhat/2025 dated 28.05.2025 for Murarai-I Block, Rampurhat, published in violation of guidelines issued by the respondent authorities. 3.

The said notification has been issued on the basis of the order bearing Memo No. 834/FMR/10-D03/14(Part-II) dated 28.03.2023. 4.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has 6780 ration card holders under his dealership and now he apprehends that the State agency might reduce it to below 5000.

It appears that no such cause of action has arisen till date.

The petitioner has preferred the writ application on the basis of mere apprehension.

Accordingly, this Court finds no merit in the writ application at this stage and the same stands disposed of as dismissed.

Applications, if any, connected thereto stand disposed of consequently.

9.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

10.

Photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties on priority basis upon compliance of all formalities.
