The petitioner is enjoying electricity in a temporary manner and prays for giving permanent electricity connection for running submersible pump. 2.

Learned advocate representing the licensee submits, upon instructions, that as the subject land is filled with crops, permanent connection could not be effected.

Permanent connection will be made immediately after the cultivation period is over. 3.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of by directing the Distribution Company Limited to take steps for providing permanent electricity connection to the petitioner, once cultivation period gets over. 4.

All parties are to act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this court.
