The innocuous prayer of the petitioner is that the representation given by the petitioner at page-9 of the present writ petition, has not yet been considered by the respondent authorities and may be directed to be considered.

Although an adjournment is sought on behalf of the respondents, in view of the innocuous nature of the prayer made by the writ petitioner, such adjournment is refused.

WPA 19016 of 2021 is disposed of by directing respondent no.2 to decide and dispose of the representation of the petitioner given at page-9 of the present writ petition, upon giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and other necessary parties, if any, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within six

weeks from the date of communication of this order to the respondent no.2.

There will be no order as to costs.

Urgent photostat copies of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
