The present revision of the year 2019 is for quashing of the proceeding of G.R Case No.95/09 under Sections 498A/323 of the IPC arising out of Gaighata P.S Case No.38 pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Bongaon.

As none appears for the petitioners in spite of repeated calls since the date of listing, the revisional application stands dismissed for default.

Application, if any, connected thereto stands disposed of. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

Let a copy of the order be sent to the learned trial court for compliance and to proceed with the trial expeditiously, if not disposed of, in accordance with law.
