Learned advocate for the State submits that the cross-examination of the investigating officer of the case is in progress, as such, the prosecution's evidence is at the fag end.

Considering the stage of the case, I am not inclined to enlarge the accused on bail.

Hence, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is Rejected.

However, the trial court is directed that no unnecessary adjournment be granted to any of the parties and the trial of the case would continue inspite of any resolution of the local Bar.

Accordingly, CRM(M) 1302 of 2025 is dismissed. Pending application(s), if any, is also disposed of. Parties to act on a server copy of this order duly collected from the official website of the Hon'ble High Court, Calcutta.
