The present revisional application has been preferred praying for quashing of the proceedings being G.R. No. 590 of 2018 pending before the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sealdah, South 24 Pargnas, arising out of Tangra P.S. Case No. 58 of 2018 dated 04.03.2018 under Sections 341/323/354/114 of the Indian Penal Code.

As none appears for the petitioners since the date of filing, the revisional application stands dismissed for default. All connected application, if any, stands disposed of. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

Let a copy of the order be sent to the learned trial court for compliance and to proceed with the trial expeditiously, if not disposed of, in accordance with law.
