Petitioner is aggrieved by the inaction of the police authorities as number of criminal cases have been registered.

Petitioner's grievance is that although the petitioner was arrested in the case registered at the behest of the private respondents but the private respondents were never arrested in the case initiated at the behest of the petitioner. State has submitted a report. Report reflects series of cases are pending. Charge sheet has been submitted in connection with Karaya PS Case No. 292/24, Karaya PS Case No. 293/24, Karaya PS Case No. 115/25. However, investigation

is in progress in connection with Karaya PS Case No. 116/25.

Learned advocate appearing for the private respondents on the other hand submits that some of the respondents have appeared before the Court and have been released on bail.

Petitioner presently complains of threat at the behest of the private respondents. In case such threat perception continues, petitioner would take out an appropriate application before the jurisdictional Magistrate who would, if required, after calling for a report, pass necessary directions under the Witness Protection Scheme, 2018.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 17773 of 2025 is disposed of.

Report submitted be kept with the record.

Copy of the report be handed over to both the parties.
