It appears from the records that a representation made by the petitioner to the Department of Higher Education and the Director of Public Instruction on 21st September, 2021 has not been responded till date.

The State is represented.

Upon considering the submissions, the respondent no. 1, being the Secretary, Department of Higher Education, is directed to consider the representation dated 21st September, 2021 and pass a reasoned order upon hearing all parties including the petitioner within six weeks from date. A copy of such reasoned order should be given to the petitioner within a week from the date of passing such reasoned order.

It is made clear that in the event the petitioner's grievance finds favour with the concerned authority, the respondents shall take expeditious steps for redressal of such grievance. WPA 19021 of 2021 is disposed of in terms of the above.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties on usual undertakings.
