Counsel for the petitioner on instruction prays for withdrawal of the present writ petition.

In view of the submission made by the counsel for the petitioner, WPA 17782 of 2025 (Surajit Khan Vs. The Union of India and Ors.) is dismissed as withdrawn.

It is made clear that withdrawal of this writ petition will not prevent the petitioner from taking appropriate steps in accordance with law.
