The learned advocate for the petitioners is aggrieved by the manner in which the proceedings being M.P. Case Nos. 1299/2016, 1308/2016, 1309/2016 and M.P. Case No. 1221/2017 are continuing before the learned Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Haldia, Purba Medinipur.

In view of the long pendency, learned Magistrate is directed to dispose of the same in accordance with law at the earliest.

The revisional application being CRR 2381 of 2019 is disposed of.
