1. This matter was adjourned in order to ascertain the present status of the petitioners.

2. It is submitted on behalf of the State that the petitioner no.1 has surrendered and enlarged on bail. However, so far as the petitioner no.2 is concerned, there is no such order.

3. The learned Counsel for the de facto complainant submits that suppressing the pendency of this application, the said order has been obtained.

4. In view of the fact that the petitioner no.1 has already been enlarged on bail and the petitioner no.2 is not willing to press this application, we dispose of this application by recording such fact.

5. The application of the petitioner no.2, accordingly, stands dismissed as not pressed.

6. The report filed by the State is kept with the record.
