Petition No. 88/2018 pending before the learned Metropolitan Magistrate, 15th Court, Calcutta under Section 12 read with Section 23 of the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005 including the judgment and order dated 20.08.2019 passed by the learned Chief Judge, City Sessions Court, Calcutta in Criminal Appeal No. 96/2019. As none appears for the petitioners on repeated calls, the revisional application stands dismissed for default. All connected applications, if any, stand disposed of. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

Let a copy of the order be sent to the learned trial court for compliance and to proceed with the trial expeditiously, if not disposed of, in accordance with law.
