For the Petitioner The petitioner is aggrieved by the factum that her application under Section 12/23 of the PWDV Act is pending before the Learned Trial Court for a considerable period of time.

Although the same was filed long ago, it has been informed that the next date has been fixed on 10th of August, 2023.

In view of the proceedings, being C-264 of 2021, pending before the Learned Judicial Magistrate, Bidhannagar for a considerable period of time, interim applications, if any, be disposed of on the next date, so fixed, or, within a month thereafter. No further adjournment be given to either of the parties and all efforts be taken by the Learned Magistrate so that the outcome of the interim applications be decided by 15th of September, 2023.

So far as the trial of the main case is concerned, the Learned Trial Court, henceforth, would fix one date on each and every two months so that the trial of the case can be taken to its logical conclusion within a reasonable period of time.

With the above observations, CRR 2776 of 2023 is disposed of.

Pending application, if any, is also disposed of. Leave is granted to the petitioner to incorporate the case no in the cause-title of the revisional application. Parties to act on a server copy of this order, duly collected from the official website of the Hon'ble High Court, Calcutta.
