Affidavit of service filed in Court today is taken on record.

The petitioner intends to obtain certain information under the Right to Information Act, 2005. The query of the petitioner has been placed in Court. 3.

It appears therefrom that the petitioner intends to obtain information of certain plots of land. On a query from the Court learned advocate for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is no way connected or related to the said plots of land. The learned advocate failed to satisfy the Court the reason for obtaining information about plots relating to third parties.

It does not appear that any of the fundamental rights of the petitioner has been infringed by the act of the respondent requiring interference by the writ court.

In view of the above, the writ petition fails and is hereby dismissed.

Urgent certified photocopy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties expeditiously on compliance of usual legal formalities.
