Supplementary affidavit filed in Court be taken on record. A copy of the same has been handed over to the learned counsel for the contemnors.

Learned counsel for the first contemnor/Pradhan of the concerned Gram Panchayat submits, upon instruction, that the complaint of the petitioner has been considered and that unauthorized construction has been detected. The Panchayat shall take steps to forward all papers to the Sub-Divisional Officer. 3.

As it appears that the Panchayat has already considered the issue and has detected the unauthorized construction, accordingly, the Panchayat is directed to take steps to forward the file of unauthorized construction to the Sub-Divisional Officer for passing a final order in the matter. 4.

Let a formal order of the Gram Panchayat be served upon the petitioner. It will be open for the petitioner to follow up the matter with the Sub-Divisional Officer.

The contempt application stands disposed of.

All parties are to act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
