Ms. Aruna Ghosh, learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that after obtaining no objection from Mr. Prasant Agarwal, she has filed the vokalatnama to represent the writ petitioner. It is further submitted by Ms. Ghosh that the petitioner does not wish to press this writ petition.

In view of the above submission of the petitioner, the writ petition being WPA 17088 of 2014 stands dismissed as not pressed.

Interim order passed in the writ petition, if any, stands vacated.
