The petitioner is directed to contact with the Nadia District Primary School Council and the Chairman of the said Council is directed to hold a meeting with the petitioner and if necessary with the school wherein the petitioner's father was working. The petitioner is directed to supply the documents required by the District Primary School Council as has been noted in their letter dated 17.05.2022 and these documents are to be supplied by the petitioner immediately and if there is any dearth of some documents which the petitioner can not supply, further time is required to be given to him for this but the entire matter of submission of documents is to be completed by 28th February, 2023. After holding the meeting or the meetings, as the case

may be (not more than three meetings would be held), the D. P. S. C. will take a decision. If it is in favour of the petitioner, it is to be intimated to him. But if it is against the petitioner, a reasoned order is to be passed and it is also to be communicated to the petitioner.

With the observation and direction the writ application is disposed of.
