Ms. Trina Mitra ...... for the State Heard the learned advocates appearing for the parties. We have considered the materials on record including statement of the victim shows that petitioner had trafficked her to a different State for sexual exploitation.

In view of the gravity of the offence and prima facie involvement of the petitioner therein, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected at this stage.
