1. This is an application for extension of time to comply with the order dated 1st August, 2024. It is submitted that the Advocate engaged in the matter could not file the application in time before the jurisdictional court due to illness.

2. Since we are satisfied that the petitioners are entitled to anticipatory bail and allowed the anticipatory bail on certain conditions, for the ends of justice, we extend the time to appear before the jurisdictional court within one week from date.

3. All other conditions shall remain unchanged.

4. Accordingly, CRAN 1 of 2024 is allowed and disposed of with the aforesaid modification.
