Learned counsel appearing for petitioner submits that the private respondent is trying to encroach upon his Sali land and prevent him from cultivating the said land.

Learned counsel appearing for the State submits that the police will keep sharp vigil over the locality and will look into the issue and ensure that no breach of peace takes place.

Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The police shall keep a strict vigil at the locale including the land in question and ensure that no breach of peace takes place. The surveillance by the police authorities shall also include frequent visits by police patrols to the locale as and when required and ensure that no physical harm is caused to the petitioner.

With the above directions the writ petition being WPA 18720 of 2024 is disposed of.

No order as to costs.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
