Petitioner approached this Court being aggrieved by the inaction of the police authorities as the police authorities did not take any steps in spite of information being furnished to them on 24.06.2025.

State has submitted a report which reflects that Belghoria Police Station Case No.293 dated 04.09.2025 has been registered for investigation under the relevant provisions of BNS.

Having considered that during the pendency of the writ petition, a criminal case has been registered, primary grievance of the petitioner seems to be addressed.

Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that there is a padlock which she intends to open.

It is for the petitioner now to approach the jurisdictional court in seisin of Belghoria Police Station Case No.293 dated 04.09.2025 for seeking further reliefs.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 17793 of 2025 is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

Report so submitted be kept with the record.

A copy of the report be handed over to the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
