This revisional application challenges the proceeding being Burdwan P.S. Case No. 186 of 2010 dated 02.4.2010 registered under Sections 376/417 of I.P.C including the orders passed by learned Trial Court being the Additional Sessions Judge, 4th Court, Burdwan.

It is submitted that the learned Trial Court recorded an order of acquittal thus the revisional application has become infructuous and is disposed of with the aforesaid observation. The application being CRAN 2 of 2012 is also disposed of. Let a copy of the order along with lower court record be sent to the learned Trial Court for information and necessary action.
