Learned Advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that, the petitioner nos. 2 and 3 live in a separate mess. All the petitioners were falsely implicated. The husband is in custody.

Learned Advocate appearing for the State draws the attention of the Court to the contents in the case diary. He submits that there is an incident of poisoning. He refers to the injury report and the statement recorded under Section 161 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

Considering the gravity of the offences, the nature of the injury and the statement recorded under Section 161 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 and the complicity of the petitioner in the incident, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

The prayer for anticipatory bail is, thus, rejected. CRM 7873 of 2021 is disposed of.
