1. The petitioner is aggrieved that Hanskhali Police Station has not taken steps pursuant to his complaint dated 02.01.2021 against the private respondents.

2. The petitioner's grievance is that he had obtained loan from the HDFC Bank and had purchased a car and handed over the same to the private respondents. The private respondents neither paid the installments nor returned the car.

3. There are arbitration proceedings between the bank and the petitioner.

4. This Court is of the view that the dispute between the parties is primarily civil in nature and appropriate civil proceedings may be taken out in accordance with law.

5. The writ petition is disposed of.

6. There will be no order as to costs.

7. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
