Perused the case diary.

It is the prosecution case that the petitioner and other assailants not only assaulted the de-facto complainant but also assaulted the pregnant wife of the de-facto complainant causing termination of pregnancy.

Considering the above and other incriminating materials available in the case diary, I do not consider this to be a fit case for granting anticipatory bail.

Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail is rejected. (Jay Sengupta, J.)
