Record reflects that the said proceeding are under Section 144(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, in view of the time limit constraints which have been provided under the said Section, I am of the view that the proceedings before the Ld. Executive Magistrate has become infructuous. As such no interference is called for. Accordingly, the CRR 2489 of 2012 is dismissed. Interim order, if any, is hereby vacated.

All pending connected applications, if any, are consequently disposed of.
