The instant application is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure praying for quashing of the proceedings of 26 C/2007 pending before the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ranaghat, Nadia under Section 406 of the Indian Penal Code.

On perusal of the application and annexures therein, it appears that some incriminating elements are there in the record. It is not a fit case to exercise of jurisdiction under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. Accordingly, the instant revisional application stands dismissed on merit.
