Ms. Sujata Das Ms. Ayana Dey ... For the State Report submitted by the State is taken on record. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have been falsely implicated. Charge sheet has been submitted. Their further detention is not required. They pray for bail.

It appears that the petitioners were absconding for about 11 years before they surrendered before the learned trial Court. Material on record implicates the petitioners. Considering the gravity of the offence and prima facie involvement of the petitioner therein and the fact that the petitioners absconded for a considerable period of time, their prayer for bail is rejected at this stage.

The application for bail is disposed of.
