Mr. Subhasish Pachhal ... for the petitioner Mr. Rameshwar Sinha ... for the opposite party The learned advocate for the petitioner submits that the dispute between the parties have been resolved and he has filed an application being CRAN 2 of 2023 supported by an agreement whereby the dispute have been resolved by and between the parties.

The revisional application has been filed for quashing of the charge-sheet No. 48/10 dated 20.03.2010 arising out of Golabari Police Station Case No. 25/2010 corresponding G.R. No. 404/2010 under Sections 430/504/506 of the Indian Penal Code and also the order dated 26.03.2010 passed by the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Howrah.

During the pendency of the revisional application an amicable settlement of the dispute between the parties. Based on the averments made in paragraphs 4,5 and 6 of the application being CRAN 2 of 2023 has been achieved.

Based on the settlement agreement executed between the parties on 31st Day of March, 2022 an application for effectuating compromise seeking appropriate orders vide CRAN 2 of 2023 has been filed duly affirmed by both the parties. The learned advocate for the opposite party concedes to the same.

In view of the compromise, the Charge-sheet No. 48/10 dated 20.03.2010 arising out of Golabari Police Station Case No. 25/2010 corresponding G.R. No. 404/2010 under Section 430/504/506 of the Indian Penal Code also the order dated 26.03.2010 passed by the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Howrah is set aside.

This criminal revision application being CRR 2958 of 2011 along with CRAN 2 of 2023 are disposed of. All parties shall act on the server copy of this judgment duly downloaded from the official website of this court. (Ananya Bandyopadhyay, J.)
