This application has been filed in suppression of the earlier order of rejection of anticipator bail by coordinate Bench in CRM(A) 5511 of 2022 on 28th November, 2022. This fact is revealed from the report filed by the S.I.. Moreover, it appears that warrant of arrest has been issued against the present petitioner. It also appears from the report filed by the Investigating Officer that 18th January, 2025 is fixed for framing of charge and it can be safely assumed that proclamation and attachment is complete otherwise the matter would not have been fixed on 18th January, 2025 for framing of charge.

This application is dismissed with cost of Rs.10,000/- for suppression of facts and no further application shall be entertained without proof of payment.

This amount shall be deposited with the State Legal Services Authority, West Bengal within two weeks from date and this fund may be earmarked for juveniles.
