The learned advocate for the State is present. The instant revisional application has been filed for quashing of the proceeding of M.P. 2721 of 2011 under 144(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, being aggrieved by the order dated 10.08.2011 passed by the learned Sub Divisional Executive Magistrate, Barrackpore in M.P. 2721 of 2011. The order dated 10.08.2011 has exceeded the limit of enforceability and as such the instant revisional application has become infructuous and disposed of.

Copy of the order be sent to the trial court for immediate compliance.
