A report has been filed by the Asansol Municipal Corporation mentioning the reasons for non-payment of the balance terminal dues of the petitioner.

The Corporation is directed to intimate the petitioner the reasons for non-payment of his balance terminal dues positively within a period of three weeks from date.

It will be open for the petitioner to challenge the same if he is aggrieved by the same.

The writ petition stands disposed of.
