Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner produces a letter of 23rd December, 2021 which indicates the date of hearing.

Learned counsel appearing for the Staterespondents submits that the Secretary, Regional Transport Authority, Malda, who heard the petitioner was unwell in the meantime and will communicate the decision to the petitioner within two weeks from date. WPA 19055 of 2021 is accordingly disposed of with a direction on the Secretary, Regional Transport Authority, Malda/ Respondent No. 4 to communicate the decision to the petitioner within a period of two weeks from date.

Since no affidavit is called for, the allegations contained in the writ petition are deemed not to have been admitted.
