2. Habeas Corpus Writ Petition is at the behest of the mother of the minor.

3. Learned advocate appearing for the writ petitioner submits that, the minor was recovered.

4. Learned advocate appearing for the State submits report which be taken on record. He submits that, the minor was recovered and produced before the Jurisdictional Juvenile Justice Board and pursuant to the order of the Jurisdictional Board was placed before the Home.

5. In view of the minor being recovered which is the subject-matter of the present Habeas Corpus Writ Petition, no further order need be passed.
