I find in paragraph 23 of the revisional application that the learned lawyer who has drafted has used the word 'Stupidity' in respect of an order passed by a Judicial Officer. It shocks the conscience of the court and without going into the merits of the case, the revisional application is dismissed. Accordingly, the revisional application being CRR 2779 of 2023 is dismissed. A cost of Rs.10,000/- is imposed upon the learned Advocate-on-record, who has filed the revisional application. The said amount be deposited within a period of 15 days with the learned Registrar General, High Court, Calcutta.
