No narcotic substance has been recovered from his possession. Investigation is complete. Learned Counsel for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail and submits there are CDRs containing telephonic conversations between the petitioner and co-accused from whom narcotic substance has been recovered. We have considered the materials on record. No narcotic substance has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. CDRs show telephonic conversations between the petitioner and the co-accused. In view of the aforesaid circumstances, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
