The petitioner and the private respondent are full blood brothers. The petitioner alleges that the private respondent is raising construction in the plot in question by encroaching upon his portion of the plot and blocking his egress and ingress.

The dispute between the parties is essentially civil in nature.

The petitioner is at liberty to approach the appropriate civil forum for redressal of his grievance.

The writ petition is accordingly disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
