It is contended that he is in custody for 162 days. Co-accused has been enlarged on bail. Learned lawyer for the State opposes the prayer for bail. We have considered the materials on record. Co-accused was released on bail after 232 days. Allegations relate to gang rape of a minor.

In view of the aforesaid circumstances and the gravity of the offence, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected at this stage.
