For the petitioners Learned counsel appears on behalf of the petitioners submits that his senior Mr. Saptarshi Datta is the advocate-onrecord of the petitioners and both the advocates have received an instruction from the writ petitioners that they do not intend to proceed with the instant writ petition. Though no written instruction has been filed today but an assurance has been given by Mr. Pourush Kanti Paul that he received the oral instruction and there is no impediment in dismissing the writ petition.

In view of the above, the writ petition is dismissed as not pressed.
