Learned Advocate for the petitioner submits chemical report has not been placed on record. He renews his bail prayer.

Learned Advocate for the State opposes the bail prayer. Chemical report with regard to recoveries on 8th May, 2022 and 14th May, 2022 are placed on record. Report shows presence of codeine phosphate from the sample.

In the light of the aforesaid fact and the materials on record showing recovery of narcotics from the petitioner and co-accused and in view of statutory restrictions under Section 37 of the NDPS Act, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
